He was smart, He was witty, and he was right for you. He showed you care like no one else, but because you weren‘t present enough you couldn‘t love him like he loved you. He knew that. Thats why he‘s with someone else and not With you. You are delusional to think actually think he was going to wait for you to acknowledge your wrongs. And it’s ok that you are wrong, you have to forgive yourself for making that mistake. It’s a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes. But everyone doesnt make your mistake. I know it hurts to even realize these things. Seeing things for what they are instead of what story you want to believe. it’s also a beautiful thing because you are actually moving on. Even though that person has probably moved on, you can finally see yourself somewhere else. You can feel free from the false pain youve self inflicted. These are the decisions that people make in general. You never know until someone tells you or you go through life watching those signs. You will have it again though. Being Queer and misunderstood is alot as it is. And you probably made this decision when you were younger. And its not about age, its about the lack of expeirnce. the lack of life knowledge. Now that you are aware. you can finally let go, cry it out and love yourself a little better knowing you wont make that decision again.
