Queer and At work: part 3

Expressing yourself is one thing. Expressing yourself to a friend is another. However, expressing yourself as an individual is entirely new ball game. When you are at work doesn't it feel like your are being held down by ball and chain? You feel like this bird in a box. You want to tell them the truth but if you tell them the truth you may spite their ego. Well I will tell you today that They don't deserve the truth. Imagine you being in a vulnerable place and all you needed was some honest help and coaching, do you think they would provide you those essentials? I think not. They also wouldn't know what to do in that situation because they are battling with the truth themselves. Providing them the truth only makes it feel like you have to much insight on what's happening in the work environment. Even some employees think you may want their jobs. Even if that is the case, no one has the same linear life. The job will not be done the same whether it be good or bad. The ultimate goal in a work environment is to walk hand and hand. Be the marathon that people go see watch and support. Do not join the race where everyone is battling for the top spot. The competitiveness, the caging of emotions and the lack of empathy all play a huge role in how you and other employess become disgruntle or have issues with the ones they work with. Well Im here to tell you that, I don't want anything that someone else has already had. Please don't look for things from other people at work. Please aspire to be as genuine and unique as possible. Please control your emotions as well. They don't mean anything. They don't deserve that much of you. Laugh at them. Start laughing at all of them how dumb they are. Even when they start to pull that emotional stuff, don' make that a priority. Cut the emotions at the door. This is a great way to prevent any company issues. The most important thing is self protection. Don't get in trouble using your sword or showing your thoughts. Don't give them the satisfaction. This isn't my end goal, this is my stepping stone. They don't need to know your dreams either. Rip away all the attachment. All you need to know is that they are a pay master for 8hrs of your time or however long you need to be with them. Just try to do the job you were given. Don't let them distract you from your purpose. You ever seen where animals will have a focus on an animal and they make sure complete the mission. Have tunnel vision. they want to shed shade on the light that provide you vision. They will make their own mistakes. You are not there family. You don’t owe them much of anything. They also want you To think high turn over rate is bad, well now because of the lack of workers im sure they are now hiring that as a mechanism. Either way, as a queer
